Mindfulness-based supervision and mentoring book study group 2026

This four-session group, facilitated by the co-authors, will provide space for collective reflection and exploration of ideas, insights and experiences arising from reading and engaging with the book Mindfulness-Based Supervision and Mentoring: Using an embodied approach to support learning and reflection.

Intentions

To draw on the highly relational nature of this work to create together an open, welcoming and inclusive space with opportunities to hear new ideas and different perspectives.

To offer a structured approach to reading and engaging with the text.

To support a deeper exploration of the book’s content and themes through practices and questions that guide personal reflection, group sharing of new ideas or impressions, and challenges and wonderings, and to explore what to take forward into mindfulness-based practice and work.

Who is it for

This group will be of interest to practitioners with a personal mindfulness practice who are at any stage of offering or considering offering mentoring or supervision using a mindfulness-based approach.
