TRAINING

Alison facilitates mindfulness-based trainings as a core member of the training team at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University. Trainings are delivered in association with The Mindfulness Network.

Mindfulness-based supervision training

This three-day experiential training course aims to deepen practice as supervisors, through a process of mindful exploration and inquiry. A mindfulness-based supervision framework is introduced, that includes a supervisory inquiry process. Time is given to practice, reflection and exploration together through dialogue, in small and large groups.

Inquiry workshop

This two-day experiential training for mindfulness-based teachers provides an opportunity to explore the theories and intentions of inquiry from both inside and outside the process.

Groupwork for mindfulness-based teachers

This two-day experiential workshop is for mindfulness-based teachers who wish to learn more about groups and how to support the rich potential of the group process in a mindfulness context.

Teacher training level 2

This training provides an opportunity for mindfulness-based teachers to deepen and develop the skills and knowledge in teaching mindfulness-based approaches.
