Alison facilitates mindfulness-based trainings as a core member of the training team at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University. Trainings are delivered in association with The Mindfulness Network.

Mindfulness-based supervision training: Level 1 (online)

This three-day experiential training course aims to deepen practice as supervisors, through a process of mindful exploration and inquiry. A mindfulness-based supervision framework is introduced, that includes a supervisory inquiry process. Time is given to practice, reflection and exploration together through dialogue, in small and large groups.

Mindfulness-based supervision training: Level 2 (online)

This two-day experiential training builds upon the Level 1 supervision training. We will continue to deepen our work using embodied inquiry, based on the mindfulness-based supervision framework. We dedicate time to furthering our understanding and skills in different aspects of supervision including use of the MBI:TAC/TLC, reviewing supervision, agenda setting, supra-vision, group supervision.
