Alison facilitates mindfulness-based trainings as a core member of the training team at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University. Trainings are delivered in association with The Mindfulness Network.

Mindfulness-based supervision training

This three-day experiential training course aims to deepen practice as supervisors, through a process of mindful exploration and inquiry. A mindfulness-based supervision framework is introduced, that includes a supervisory inquiry process. Time is given to practice, reflection and exploration together through dialogue, in small and large groups.

Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy specialist training

This training is an opportunity to immerse in the teaching of MBCT. It includes exploration of curriculum themes and intentions, teaching strategies and theoretical underpinnings, exercises and practices, including options and alternatives for teaching to the general public.
